College of Engineering Honors Students, Alumni & Faculty

The University of Illinois College of Engineering presented its top awards to faculty, alumni, and students at separate awards ceremonies this month. The 49th Annual Student & Alumni Awards Ceremony took place at the iHotel and Conference Center. The College Faculty Awards Ceremony was held April 29 at the National Center for Computing Applications (NCSA) on campus.

Harvey H. Jordan Award
Daniel Borup, Engineering Mechanics
The Harvey Jordan Award is given annually to the top graduating senior in the College of Engineering--the equivalent to a valedictorian for the senior class. The award winner also provides the keynote address at the annual Student and Alumni Awards Ceremony.
