Learn all about life on campus as an engineering student.  This program includes an informational presentation, student panel, and 90-minute walking tour of the engineering quads.  Note: This event is an immersive view into the Grainger Engineering UIUC experience; if you are looking for insights on your admissions decision we encourage you to sign up for an appointment with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions or explore the Admissions Admitted FAQs website.

Join The Grainger College of Engineering tour guides for an overview of the college and live tour from the comfort of your home on Zoom. You'll visit our two engineering quads and have the opportunity to see inside of our buildings and lab spaces.  You won't want to miss this session, its as close to the in person experience as you can get. Illini Day (Admitted Student)

These large, day-long events begin with a campus resources fair, followed by a presentation on the UIUC experience and your next steps as an admitted student. You'll then have the chance to ask current students your most pressing questions Q&A-style as well as attend a session hosted by the academic community you were admitted into. The availability of our academic communities varies by event, so make sure to review the list of those attending when you sign up. Following a break for lunch, you can choose to take part in a variety of optional activities, including numerous campus and building tours as well as walk-in times with campus resources like Housing and Financial Aid.

You'll begin your day with a 45-minute presentation on the UIUC experience and your next steps as an admitted student, followed by a 15-minute Q&A session with current students. A student will then lead you on an hour-and-a-half walking tour through the heart of campus.
