Supporting Undergraduate Scholarships

Funding scholarships impacts everyone involved—your company, the students, and the College.

Providing undergraduate scholarships is an excellent way to increase awareness of your company across the campus and to build a pipeline of talent from one of the top-rated engineering programs in the nation.

In order to continue to compete for the best incoming talent against the financial resources of heavily endowed private colleges, Grainger Engineering must also be attractive financially. Our Corporate Relations staff can assist in identifying the best allocation of scholarship funds to meet your business and hiring goals.

Starting in the 2020-2021 academic year, to ensure scholarship funds can have the deepest impact and are efficiently distributed and utilized, scholarship gifts received by July 1 will be distributed in the fall semester. Gifts received after this date will be awarded to students during the spring semester.

This change allows us to better serve our scholarship students, creating more competitive scholarship packages, assisting us in recruiting the best and brightest future engineers. We also hope this helps you in your overall efforts to build deeper connections with our students.
