Solid State Technology (Sept. 24) -- The Semiconductor Industry Association, in collaboration with the Semiconductor Research Corporation, announced the winners of its 2018 University Research Awards: Judy Hoyt, a professor of electrical engineering and computer science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Naresh Shanbhag, a professor of electrical and computer engineering at Illinois.
