ZDNet (April 27) -- A team of researchers at Illinois has developed an algorithm which can be used to implement uninterrupted sensation into prosthetics. “We’re giving sensation back to someone who has lost their hand,” says Aadeel Akhtar, an M.D./Ph.D student at Illinois and lead author of the paper describing the research.
