Tech Crunch (March 6) -- With traditional university programs getting more expensive and competitive, a number of alternative programs are taking advantage of the internet and more flexible teaching and learning formats to fill the gap in the market. Online education startup Coursera is adding six new full degrees – including its first bachelor’s degree – in partnership with five top universities, including a Master of Computer Science from Illinois.
