Design & Trend (New York, Nov. 18) -- Researchers at Brown University found bats use a particular method to flip themselves back into flight mode. This kind of response could lead to the development of improved flying technologies, including drones. The researchers are adapting their research in collaboration with a team at Illinois to design a prototype for flying bat robots with soft flappable wings.
