The Chicago Tribune (Oct. 22) -- UI Labs announced its first board of directors Wednesday, naming a group of nine very established leaders from big industry and academia. Board members include Lawrence B. Schook, vice president for research at the University of Illinois. UI Labs said in a news release that officials involved with the project will break ground Thursday on the Goose Island facility.
