Chicago Tribune (Nov. 14) -- Illinois alumnus and YouTube co-founder Steve Chen (BS 2002, CS), has donated $1 million to the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy. The academy will use the gift to help build an “Innovation Hub.” Chen attended the academy in the mid-1990s.
