Electrical Engineering alumna named to Time Magazine’s “100 Most Influential People in 2021” and Newsweek’s “America’s 50 Greatest Disruptors” list for her part in directing NASA’s historic first flight to Mars.

Her greatest advice to women engineers: “You have to go for it and don’t second guess. Don’t let anyone talk you out of it.”
