Having completed the $7 million Yeh Student Center in 2011, our Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering has continued its modernization program with a massive renovation of its Hydrosystems Laboratory and the new Kavita and Lalit Bahl Smart Bridge, connecting the Yeh Student Center and the Hydrosystems Lab.
Building a Bridge to the Future
In addition to the modern classrooms, hands-on labs, and collaborative spaces in the new Hydrosystems Lab, the Bahl Smart Bridge features the latest innovations in infrastructure sensing serving as a building-sized instructional tool.
