Lynn Lencioni Reedy is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at eBay. In that role, she was responsible for initiatives pertaining to the company’s product features, user interface design, usability testing, architecture, product development, release management, and 24/7 site operations for the entire eBay website including hardware, software and user experience.

She led the complete redesign of the company’s website without disrupting the auction site’s on-going operations, and oversaw the entire product development process for the number one consumer e-commerce site in the world at the time. During her tenure, eBay’s revenue grew at a 65% compounded annual growth rate.  This was all accomplished with no planned down-time and 99.94% total availability.

After being a successful technology executive in software and software development for over 30 years, she left eBay and served on several technology boards, assisting companies like Salesforce.com, Cafe Press, and Hookit, in evolving their products, scaling their technology platforms, and optimally growing the product and technology organizations.

Prior to working at eBay, Reedy was Chief Information Officer at Miller Freeman, a trade show producer and publisher of technical and industry-specific magazines, where she implemented strategic business systems across the company and developed the company’s internet strategy for more than 200 websites.

Reedy also worked for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Amdahl Corporation in a variety of both technical and business management roles, including divisional finance director.

Currently, she and her husband own Lencioni Vineyards and Mia Nipote Winery. The winery makes award winning reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc in Livermore Valley, California.
